The interests are not registered with the SEC or any state, no regulator has approved them, and they are illiquid and subject to transfer restrictions. Investing involves risk, including loss of all capital. Nothing on this website is a promise of any return. Targets are not guarantees. Econody M files reports with the SEC as an exempt reporting adviser; it is not registered as an investment adviser.
No money is accepted through this website. No payment, bank detail, identity document or tax form is ever collected through this website, by email or by social media message. If you go ahead, documents are uploaded only through a private link the Manager sends you.
Gold Series I is open only to verified accredited investors who are also qualified clients. Gold Series II is open only to verified accredited investors. Every investor is verified before investing.
